All Grown Up by Vi Keeland- Book Review
Synopsis
A new, sexy standalone from #1 New York Times Bestseller, Vi Keeland. When I first encountered Ford Donovan, I had no idea who he was…well, other than the obvious. Young, gorgeous, successful, smart. Did I mention young? If I did, it bears repeating. Ford Donovan was too young for me.Let’s back up to how it all started. My best friend decided I needed to start dating again. So, without my knowledge, she set up a profile for me on a popular dating site—one that invited men ages twenty-one to twenty-seven to apply for a date. Those nicknamed Cunnilingus King were told they’d go straight to the top for consideration. The profile wasn’t supposed to go live. Another point that bears repeating—it wasn’t supposed to. Nevertheless, that’s how I met Ford, and we started messaging. He made me laugh; yet I was adamant that because of his age, we could only be friends. But after weeks of wearing me down, I finally agreed to one date only—my first after twenty years of being with my high school sweetheart. I knew it couldn’t last, but I was curious about him.Though, you know what they say… curiosity kills the cat.
Hello friends and lovers!
Here’s another audiobook I listened to. That’s the only way I have time to read these days. Enjoy today’s review, because this book had a great storyline to it!
Vi Keeland’s, All Grown Up, was a steamy romance that left me feeling warm and fuzzy with Valentina and Ford’s relationship. It was a very sweet romance that I won’t soon forget. I got through the audiobook within a day, which is binge listening in my book. Normally it takes me a few work shifts to get through an audiobook, because I get bored and move onto a movie to watch during work, or listening to music.
Yup…
Anyway, Ford was the boy next door that Valentina remembers when he was a young kid at the vacation house her and her now ex husband own. The way that Val and Ford reconnect isn’t because of the vacation home but via Match.com and they didn’t even realize who one another was until they met in person.
it’s a cute read! Not breaking the steamy scale but a good story to listen to or read. I recommend this one!
What I Enjoyed:
As we grow older we start to harp on our age, I can relate to Valentina, and I liked that Ford showed her that age is just a number and she’s beautiful no matter her age. It’s cute!
What I Didn’t Like:
I wish the sex scenes were more memorable. They were tame for my taste, but romantic none the less. I just like really dirty!
Rating: 💋💋💋💋/ 5
Steamy Rating: 💋💋💋/ 5
This one is lower rated out of other books I’ve read because it was not as steamy as I thought. Don’t get me wrong Val and Ford have some great sexy moments, but it was more tame than other romances I’ve read. Three kisses on the rating scale is fair I’d say.

I finally graduated with my nursing degree and now it’s time to celebrate. Out with my friends, I come across the man of my dreams. Tall, dark, and oh so sexy. When I see him with another woman, I move on, after all it’s just a night out and it’s time for me to focus on my career anyway.
Until we end up at the same hospital.
I had no idea he was a doctor, and now he’s become the forbidden fruit I see every day.

At this age, I’ve had it with relationships. Call me sour, but nobody is faithful, and I’d rather have a taste and move on.
Then, I run into the beauty from the club. I was attracted to her immediately, but didn’t make a move. Now, after spending some time with her, I might be convinced to change my tune about being a one-woman man. She’s smart, funny, and driven. Everything I’ve ever wanted.
But she’s a lot younger than me, can she be trusted? We’re locked into a contract at the hospital together, only one way to find out.
