How long does it take to ship my book?
We package and PROCESS your package within 2 business days of your order. Please allow 5-10 business days for your package to arrive via USPS.
How can I use Book Stock images from Vivian Mae Shop?
These images are great to use for your marketing and social media needs! Once you purchase, plug these images into your preferred platform and overlay your book cover.
After purchase will I own copyright of images?
No. Vivian Mae - Midtown Publishing LLC owns the copyright and is the sole owner of the images as they are our own original work. Please do not claim these as your own work, these are for your business and personal use only. We make these affordable to ensure any busy writer can purchase without a large fee.

Will I receive a tracking number?
All signed paperbacks from Vivian Mae website shop come with tracking. tracking will be provided by Vivian Mae via squarespace once tracking information is available. 1-2 business days of processing time.
What are some ways these images cannot be used?
You cannot sell these images. You cannot transfer, loan, borrow, or give away these images. These belong to the person that purchased them only. The images have been cut in cost to make them affordable for all, please be respectful when it comes to digital property. You do not own these copyrights. Images are used for your own personal and business use. You cannot use these images to make prints, these are digital use only. For any further questions, please review our Terms of Service.
Can I use these with my clients?
As a graphic designer, yes! You’re able to purchase these and use them for your client work, however the images cannot be manipulated in any way and copyright belongs to Vivian Mae - Midtown Publishing LLC.
Where can I purchase Vivian mae author merch?
we will be using a print on demand shop for any clothing and accessories you want! orders completed through there are separate from Vivian Mae, as they do not ship from in-house. please allow up to 15 business days for Vivian Mae official merch items to ship to your home.

How can I edit the images?
Upon purchasing, simply load your JPEG file into your favorite platform, such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Picmonkey, etc… You can overlay your book title, add text, crop, design however you wish for your marketing needs.
There are thousands of tutorials that can help with inserting your book cover into the book, or digital tablet/phone.
What if my download doesn’t work?
From date of purchase you do have 30 days to claim your image link for download. We understand that there could be glitches when it comes to technology, however due to the nature of this digital product, no refunds or re-sending the link will be permitted.
